What is your return policy for online and in-store purchases?
We want you to love your find! Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must have the original tags attached and be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Are the designer handbags and accessories authenticated?
Yes, we take authenticity very seriously. Every luxury item goes through a rigorous multi-point inspection process and third-party authentication tools to ensure you are purchasing 100% genuine designer goods.
Do you offer shipping for online orders?
Yes, we offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your fashionable finds are on their way.
What sizes do you carry?
Clothes Mentor Villa Park is proud to be inclusive. We carry a wide variety of brands in women's sizes 0-26, including petite and maternity wear.
Can I use my store credit for online purchases?
Currently, store credit earned from selling your clothes in-store can only be redeemed for in-person purchases at our Villa Park location. We are working on integrating this for our online shop soon!
